Fourth-gen RAV4 gets more polished on-road dynamics, bigger body and more efficient powertrain

There seems to be a family look forming at Toyota...

Yes, and you can see such a face in many other Toyotas now on sale, particularly those in Europe like the Yaris and Auris.

All pickup based Suv's has this problem.Put a suv body on a shortened picup frame ad a coilspring rear end and that is it.No handeling only rides nice .Totaly unsave. At least Thais are scared of corners so they do slow down.Fortuners is proun to roll over.Who cares it sells.Have u tried a MU 7?man that is scary.
Hope the new Everest will be better, juging by the new Ranger's handeling,Far ahead of the rest.

I have tried almost every variant of the pick-up based SUVs, and they are all garbage. Fortuner? Well, if you are just a bit taller than average it feels like the seat is about 10cm higher than the floor in the back seat. Then add a bouncy ride that is not only uncomfortable, but also down right dangerous. These Pick-up SUVs have terrible handling. Too bad all the pick-up makers market their tractors as "sporty" vehicles, in every commercial you see them powersliding all over the place and words like "power" and "turbo" are being liberally thrown around, when in reality trying to do a powerslide in this kind of truck/SUV could be fatal.

Chevy may wish to phase out Captiva eventually. That's alright only if GM gives the Trailblazer a new smooth engine. Other than noisy engine, Trailblazer hits the mark.
