If you're really passionate about Italian cuisine and would like to get some hands-on experience of preparing dishes yourself, Dusit Thani College has some good news. It is organising a series of two-day "Best of Italian" courses in Bangkok, starting next month.
Organised in cooperation with Italian culinary institute Gambero Rosso, the programme has been designed by Adelaide Michelini, a talented Italian chef who will be drawing on the wealth of experience she has gained from working with Michelin-starred chefs in top-ranked restaurants and catered events at the US, Swiss and Japanese embassies in Italy.
The courses will be held over seven weekends in July and August, with classes running from 9am to 4pm on each of the days.
All classes will be conducted in English by Michelini with Thai translation provided by an experienced instructor. Tuition fees range from 18,000 to 22,000 baht per course and all participants will receive a certificate. Dusit Thani College is located on Srinakarin Road.
