Commercial banks are concerned about the impact on their ATM operations after mobile networks' concessions expire in September.
Banks feel the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) has not resolved the question of who will take responsibility for mobile users on the 2G 1800-megahertz spectrum, which is run by True Move and Digital Phone Co (DPC), after their concessions expire two months from now.
