The property developer Krungthep Land Plc (KLand) will float 620 million shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in a move to raise funds for its business expansion in 2014 with a focus on the middle and high-end housing segments.
"We submitted the filing on Sept 12. If it's approved, we'll consider the overall market and environment again," said Chawintorn Kunakornporamut, KLand's director for business development.
Krungthai Advisory is the financial adviser for the developer, which has registered capital of 1.78 billion baht, with Fraser and Neave Ltd controlled by Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi as major shareholder with 40%.
