The overwhelming demand for third-generation (3G) migration has prompted major mobile operators to speed up expansion of their customer service centres to compete for a bigger slice of customer pie.
Total Access Communication is gearing up to expand its DTAC customer service centre under a franchise model, with an aim of adding 100 centres within a year.
Chief customer officer Chaiyod Chirabowornkul said potential investors should look to DTAC's franchising service centres. Investors who own locations in targeted areas can pay a one-time franchise fee of 100,000 baht for a partnership.
