My pregnant girlfriend and I would like to get her a visa, and I have all the forms and the I-129f form filled out, along with evidence and payment(check) to send off to DHS in USA. The only thing I would like to know before I do it, is if there might be a chance to get a tourist visa for her. We plan to marry, but if she can get a tourist visa so she can just go over to experience the US to see if she'd like it there before she applys for the fiance visa, that would be great for her. Also, she has a steady job, family, and address here, anything else she should submit for the tourist visa? And more questions------ I am US citizen, I don't have regular job, don't pay taxes, am on social security, in the amount of about 900$US a month income, and would like to know opinions on my chance of getting her a visa if I put this info on the ap in lieu of employment. Also want to know what you think if there is a chance the Social Security Administration would be contacted by DHS and possibly cancel my payments, due to me having been in Thailand. (The payments are allocated for living costs in the state where the payee is supposedly living, i.e., California. Thus they determine the amount based on average rental charges.) So anyone, what are our chances?
