This year, the company is preparing to introduce a new beachfront project – Veranda Beach Pattaya. This project consists of two parts, namely Veranda Residence Pattaya and Veranda Resort and Spa Pattaya, worth over 3 billion baht in total, 2 billion of which valued in the condominium and a billion in the hotel, The condominium will begin its construction mid 2014 and is expected to be completed mid 2016, while the hotel will start construction early 2014 and will be finished around the end of 2015.
The reason for choosing Pattaya, according to the president of Veranda Resort and Spa, is because Pattaya is a strategic location with high growth rate. The city has a variety of destinations for both Thai and international tourists. Transportation is also convenient, and with the upcoming high speed train, it will be even more convenient and the demand for Pattaya will definitely rise. Na Jomtien Beach area is the ideal choice because it has a private beach and the sand is clean. This area is not too crowded but also not far from facilities. The beachfront land is 2-3 times more expensive than inland areas.
“We decide to launch the Veranda Residence Pattaya project in the last quarter of this year, which is the high season for the tourism sector. Our VIP pre-sale will take place on October 12-13 at Sofitel So Bangkok, and the mock up room at the sales gallery in Pattaya will be ready for viewing early November. The president of Veranda also talked about the overall business of the company.
