I am interested with the constitution of Thailand. I wonder if the Prime Minister has any prerogative power such as power to declare war, making international treaty like Prime Minister in United Kingdom. Because in United Kingdom, these are all royal prerogative that are belonged to the Queen but now being exercised by the Executive. And I wonder if the dissolution of Parliament lie in the hand of Prime Minister and is there any checks and balance? Thank you.
Suggest you search and find out the answers for yourself. Search the internet. You can find some good information there. Just don't believe everything you read and when in doubt, check multiple sources and try to make your own close conclusion to your questions. You'd be crazy to believe what you read on forums from the people who come across as experts in Thai history and politics.
