University students with a keen interest in environmental issues are invited to submit their projects to the Bayer Young Environmental Envoy Programme to win an educational trip to Germany.
Held in partnership with the United Nations Environment Programme, this year's event is open to Thai students aged up to 25 years old with prior experience in environment-related activities. Thirty students will be selected and appointed as a Bayer Young Environmental Envoy 2013.
However, three of them will be chosen as representatives to join a week-long educational trip to Germany during Nov 11-15. There, they will visit Bayer's headquarters and government agencies with other representatives from 19 countries.
The three envoys will be individually awarded 10,000 baht in order to carry out their projects in communities. The programme will also offer 5,000 baht to each of the three runners-up for the same purpose.
The submission deadline is July 31.
