The upcoming "3HO Kundalini Yoga Festival Asia" will offer a forum for gathering, sharing, learning and creating a sense of common unity for the kundalini yoga communities in Asia and beyond.
Held under the theme "Spiritual Maturity And The Self", this annual week will bring together teachers and practitioners from Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the US from Oct 8-13.
The teachings offered at the festival are part of the legacy of Yogi Bhajan, who dedicated his life to the creation of a healthy, happy, and holy humanity.
The festival will take place at Baan Phu Waan Pastoral Training Centre in Nakhon Pathom. It features daily in-depth workshops conducted by expert teachers and evening activities such as music, dance, and healing therapies.
The programme includes the bhakti bazaar, which offers natural products such as Ayurvedic healthcare products, natural skincare and fibre clothing, shawls and yoga mats, handicrafts and jewellery.
During the Shakti healing session, professionals will offer their services in massage therapy, acupuncture, reiki and more, which will complement the yoga workshops and practices of the day.
Another highlight is "White Tantric Yoga", a one-day meditation workshop on Oct 12.
