New menus on the Bangkok scene
Beef bowl with spring onions and soft-boiled egg.
Sukiya, one of Japan's most popular gyudon, or beef bowl (rice with beef), eateries recently launched its first branch in Thailand.
The 30-year-old restaurant presents a variety of beef-topped rice dishes made with Japanese rice and imported Australian beef.
The recommended menu includes beef bowl with kimchi (89 baht), beef bowl with curried crab (89 baht), onsen-style beef bowl with spring onions and soft boiled egg (89 baht), curried beef bowl (99 baht) and the original Sukiya beef bowl (69 baht).
