New menus on the Bangkok scene
The city's chic gastro bar recently introduced new menus designed by creative chef Ian Kittichai.
From the collection highlights are fish crudo with foie gras, ginger oil, pomelo and toasted chilli (260 baht); Vitello Tonnato, or kurobuta pork loin with green apple and chili-tuna curd (240 baht); pan-roasted day boat fish with parsnip puree, blackened spice and Americaine emulsion (395 baht); Surf & Turf of braised wagyu cheek and scallop ravioli and sweet corn and horseradish (495 baht); 12-hour braised pork belly (385 baht) and Tomahawk steak with coffee-spiced sauce (2,500 baht).
