Summer is the season of funky colours, and none are more vibrant and fun than neon. This season, neon eyeshadows and lip colours are all the rage, and these daring colours can actually look good on anyone, complimenting any skin tone.
At "Central The Sound Of Beauty", a showcase of three new make-up trends for summer 2013, one of the looks featured was "Neon Splash" - a burst of vibrant, electrifying colours to add some spice to the overall mood of your face.
Why is neon the right trend for summer? For one, neon colours can be both hot and cold. On one hand, their brightness reminds us of sunlight, while on the other, aren't all the sherbet ice creams neon-coloured?
