The Sai Jai Thai fair is back at the Peninsula Plaza tomorrow and shoppers will have a week to look for their favourite arts and handicrafts in an atmosphere that promises a hint of romance.
The items include leatherwork, glassware, woodwork, textiles, paintings, home-decor items and designer gifts _ all made by members of the Sai Jai Thai Foundation. There will also be organic vegetables and rice from Sai Jai Thai village in Sukhothai province.
Among the highlighted items is a textile photo of Their Majesties the King and Queen set in a handicraft frame. It's a limited edition and priced at 5,000 baht.
