Bangkok's dining scene ain't no playground for amateurs. Restaurants come and go more often than you might realise. Some places that have been featured within our pages, unfortunately, no longer exist.
And unless you're a Le Cordon Bleu grad with filthy rich parents and no real care for profits, restaurateurs who aren't playing around will keep their places interesting with new menus, promotions, gimmicks, or reinventions of some sort.
