THE SET-UP: The one-year-old patisserie and salon de the (that's "tea room" in French for the unsophisticated folks out there) has been acclaimed for its exquisite renditions of French pastries. The classy Parisian-inspired tearoom is also a cosy gathering place for regulars and discerning sweet cravers alike.
Foie gras fanatics should go for St Honore (B360+), which is now served with a tower of of foie gras cream. Les Oeufs Napoleon III (B290+) beats regular eggs benedict with its French twists of St Honore base pastry and honey glazed pork belly slices.
