Twitter hit by 'sophisticated' cyber attack

Twitter said it had been hit by a "sophisticated" cyber attack similar to those that recently hit major Western news outlets, and that the passwords of about 250,000 users were stolen.

"This attack was not the work of amateurs, and we do not believe it was an isolated incident," Twitter information security director Bob Lord said in a blog post.

    But be assured the Chinese don't imagine they are the only clever people in the world but they know they are clever. And what makes them even more "clever" is the arrogance and profit-fixation of the western world.

    The Chinese ( Government ) are really naive to imagine they are the only clever people in the world ,especially ignoring the fact that the ones who invented the web might have some clues about how to use it.
