Disc 17 - Sukhumbhand has done a fine job of scrapping his reputation without the help of the PTP. Even the Democrats didn't want to run him until he threatened that he would run as an independent and that would have meant an instant Democrat defeat at the poll from a vote split.

PTP has not a real competent candidate for the governor election, so PTP has decided to destroy the reputation of Sukhumbhand Paribatra by all the ways...
The image of the thai politic is looking so bad...

"...for violation of Article 58 of Announcement No 58, dated Jan 26, 1972 issued by coup-makers.." and the coup makers didn't violate anything?

could someone please tell us what are the real responsibilities (written or implied) of the BMA? they operate bus lines, operate the Skytrain, operate Chatuchak market...

Another merry go round with the accused, accusing the accusers of accusing them. My head spins with these back and forth battles which for the most part seem to get tied up in red tape and never go anywhere. In the end it is a sure out on bail and delay, delay, delay case as usual.

"for violation of Article 58 of Announcement No 58, dated Jan 26, 1972 issued by coup-makers" That was the coup Thanom Kittikachorn made against his own government! So coups are bad if they are against Thaksin, but otherwise they are all right.

"and are bringing true democracy to thailand." If you really believe that, you are blinder than Ray Charles was. "True democracy" is a code word for political rule by the Shinwatra family and no one else.

D11 rab madar - using the investgative branch to imprison all your opposition, using the police to prohibit protest against your government, lying to the people about every government project is NOT democracy. It is the beginning of dictatorship.

D9, Renaissance. You are confused. Thaksins government was ousted by an illegal coup, who changed the rules of the constitution under duress. We now have a government which out voted the Democrats by a large majority and are bringing true democracy to thailand. The people in question are being brought before the courts with every chance to defend themmselves.
