Follow on from Disc #, It's quite obvious why there are so many JV's and International involement, if you haven't the reources, technology and qualified manpower at home of course you look for a credible international partner. Some are always obsessed with the Dubai connection, in everything that happens in Thailand.

Thailand have never build this type of water management systems before, hence the foreign involvement.

It does look strange that ITD are included in all ten bids as they are still seeking funding for the Dawei Port venture in Myanmar. At present they are going cap in hand to Japanese banks for money, so it does seem surprising when it says it has the funds. Maybe it’s 100% Chinese money.

D1 Or anyone else in both the legal and hidden government.

RE: D1..I see the same names are bidding on all the contracts....did you notice that? Why do they all have a Thai partner? and who are the partners, and what connection do any of these partners have with any politician in any party. Do you not find it strange that there are no wholly owned Thai companies bidding at all, and only ventures with foreign interests? Follow the money.

nobody finds it strange that ITD is in every shortlisted bid? Wonder how close they are with the Dubai fugitive
