I believe all mega projects undertaken by this governemnt will be run the same way .A huge amount of money will be taken and everyone will take their cut with no real plan and then a bunch of foot dragging .

Disc. 6 is yet again employing that same old red tactic; first shoot the messenger, then introduce unrelated subject matter that, not very surprisingly, blames Dems, to deflect attention away from the issue.

"ACT chairman Pramon Sutheewong said the megaproject lacks clarity. He is not sure how the money will be spent or on what projects."

In other words, it's going perfectly to plan.

It seems that with the pact a lot more people will get a piece of the cake.
D6 if you would detect corruption, would you point it out? They always shoot the messenger.

What do you mean that details are unclear on how the 350-billion-baht water management scheme will be used? Remember that it was revealed in the last Censure Debate that money is sent first to Hong Kong where money brokers send it on to where the "owner" of the money wants it to go, for a fee.

This is the elected government which is entrusted with spending taxpayer money responsibly. Surely they will allocate funds frugally, and assist the Thai populace as much as possible, without corruption. ha ha ha 55 ha ha, chortle.

Shades of Thaksin... sounds like he is running the government instead of his sister. Nah, how could that be. He is a criminal in hiding...

Stop asking the media to look into it you all know that is not going to happen. Unfortunately there is no freedom of press here, they have to mind there backs and In doing so they let the people down and give the corrupt more opportunity to continue steeling.

bkposter DS#6 "Can you tell us who are these MPs you cite by name?"

If you have been in Thailand long enough you'd know that this country has anti-defamation laws that are taken seriously. Thaksin used them many times to charge people who made unflattering statements against him. These laws should be revoked to allow the public to make accusations against 'public figures' without the fear of being dragged into court, fined, or imprisoned, for naming people who are law breakers. The burden of proof should be on the person accused, not on the person making the accusation.
