Shelter calls for aid as rescued dogs feel heat

BURI RAM : The Buri Ram Animal Quarantine Station's chief has pleaded with the public to help its shelter take care of more than 700 dogs rescued from smuggling networks.
Dogs rescued from smuggling networks are kept in a kennel without a roof at the BuriRamAnimal Quarantine Station in PaKhamdistrict.The station chief Paisan Pattanadejkul has called for tents to be donated to protect the canines from the sun and rain. PIKUL KAEWHAWONG
Paisan Pattanadejkul said the station needs tent covers for its makeshift dog cage, which has no roof.
