"Splash Out", a music video by Thai hip-hop group 3.2.1 and singer Baitoey R Siam, clocked up more than 8.6 million views on YouTube by Monday after it was uploaded on May 1, 2013.
The Thai title of the five-minute pop-dance tune is Rak Tong Perd (Naen Ok) [รักต้องเปิด(แน่นอก)], or Love Must Be Open (Breast Pain).
Its lyrical content is a play on words. It is about women who open up their feelings (or breasts) because they experience tightness in their chests.
