Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra has arrived in Singapore amid mounting speculation that the government is planning a cabinet reshuffle.
The ousted prime minister announced his presence by uploading a photograph to his Instagram account of himself dressed in a bright pink shirt and eating a meal.
The accompanying message in reference to her birthday read: "Today [I] celebrate Prime Minister Pu [Yingluck Shinawatra's nickname] with these special colourful clothes. [Food at] this restaurant is very delicious, I will have to eat here every time I come to Singapore."
