About three-quarters of the people surveyed agreed they were most concerned that living costs would rise after the increase in Bangkok expressway tolls and electricity and cooking gas prices throughout the country, Bangkok Poll said on Thursday.
The pollster at Bangkok University said opinions were based on interviews with 1,188 people, aged 18 and over in Bangkok.
Bangkok Poll reported that 73.5% of the respondents were worried that the cost of living would increase as a consequence. Only 26.5% expressed little concern.
