An ABAC poll has found that more than two-thirds of the people, or 70.1%, who responded to a survey are worried about political violence over the next month.
The pollster surveyed 1,488 people aged over 18 about “democracy is the power of the people or politicians?”.
The result shows that 80.3% of respondents view that the amnesty bill will be the reason for violence erupting if the government continues to pursue the legislation.
On another issue, 62.5% of them say the administration of the current government is under the democratic system in which the power is applied by the political sector.
However, 51.5% of respondents have no confidence in the neutrality of the courts.
