“This is because the Pheu Thai Party recently amended its regulation which had stipulated that party MPs who are sent to jail without being granted bail have their membership terminated automatically.” A smart move indeed!

I believe as peterd with respect to Disc. 39. How can there be that many against such a neutral and proper statement as that?? There must be some who just see a name and hit, "dislike", without even reading.

#37 Threatening judges when you're an accused criminal, your party run by a CONVICTED criminal, after your PTP/UDD has killed people, including soldiers & police, physically attacked opposition(holding hostages in 2010) is not only worse than calling for a coup, but when no one seems able to do anything about it, makes a coup absolutely necessary to restore order in a clearly lawless nation.

I read from a poster "It would be nice to have blind justice and everyone treated equally" and already some people "dislike". This must be an interrogation for the true democrats in this country, pro-Govt or Opposition tendances. I talk about the true democrats not the anti democracy fundamentalists.

Disc37 Peterd... "Seh ai threats to overthrow the Gvt and abolish the democracy were just "words"................... a man is sent in jail just for some "words".

Really? You don't see the difference? Well, let me explain - Korkaew was on bail. He had been specifically instructed not incite violence or threaten. He repeatedly ignored those instructions. He had several warnings. Judges were threatened and intimidated. His bail is a privilege, not a right. He abused that privilege.

None of the above is true for Boonlert. (This does not imply my support for Boonlert at all.)

Good news indeed. Now if only they would revoke the big mouth Jatuporn's bail too.

It would be nice to have blind justice and everyone treated equally.
