Pongsapat has joined Pheu Thai

Pol Gen Pongsapat Pongcharoen on Tuesday afternoon went to Pheu Thai Party headquarters to officially apply for membership.

    In most countries someone joins a political party first and then seeks nomination to run as a candidate. Thailand always seems to be different.
