N. Korea 'likely' to launch attack on South this year

North Korea is likely to launch a provocative attack on South Korea this year, a top analyst said Thursday at the launch of his think tank's annual report on the world's military capabilities.

This undated photo released by North Korea's official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) via the Korean News Service (KNS) on March 14, 2013 shows members of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards shouting anti-US slogans at an undisclosed location.

The International Institute for Strategic Studies said North Korea's "military first" doctrine remained clearly intact under youthful leader Kim Jong-Un.

The north should never have been allowed to produce the weapon in the first place.Week UN and all the rest now have to face the consequence, they allowed this to happen ,it dos no bear thinking about. The people are starving and lead to believe it is the fault of the rest of the world, that is understandable given how this lot operate. Keeping the population in ignorance is how they survive.
