Obama traveled to Oklahoma Sunday to view devastation from last week's monster tornado that killed 24 people, as the state's governor sought federal aid for thousands left destitute by the disaster.
"When we say that we've got your back, I promise you that we keep our word," Obama declared, as he stood in front of the wreckage of Plaza Towers Elementary School.
