Long live fireworks

I have just enjoyed a spectacular fireworks display which was the crescendo to a marvellous evening to celebrate His Majesty's birthday. Given all that HM has has done for the kingdom over so many years of service I am glad the powers-that-be where I am have ignored the ill-advised "guidance" from the central government to desist from using fireworks as part of the celebration. Long may the use of fireworks prevail as a symbol of celebration and Long Live His Majesty.

Paper bags or re-useable bags are the way to go. Plastic bag should be banned.

Plastic bags styrofoam and all the other totally unnecessary garbage we use for about 3 seconds and toss in the trash makes up most of the trash that can be sen floating in the sea ,washing up on beach and blowing across most of the country .

Millions of people around New York lived without power for many weeks after hurricane Sandy struck about a month ago, so 3 days in Samui should not be blown out of proportion.

It is time for people to become interested in perpetual motion, free energy generators. They are very cheap to assemble. You can then say "goodbye" to noisy diesel generators and the electricity grid.
