How do thais deal with changing the names? I read it somewhere, might be in Wall Street Journal, the writer is Jim Hookway, itis said its easy to change the name from any where with your Iphone or whatever elctronic toys you have at the moment you think your old name bring you bad luck. The birth date is fixed ,it should have been easier to correct the mistake. Itis so pathetic. I am sorry for Khun Sungwein. He should not have appologized. It should have been the other way around.

The Interior Ministry did a brilliant job - not only did they show gross incompetence, but they also managed to prove themselves unequivocally petty and nasty.
