This serene resort offers lovely bungalow-style accommodation set among impressive tropical gardens. Guestrooms are situated in wooden houses on stilts in Tai Lue style. The Tai Lue are an ethnic group that migrated from Xishuangbanna in southern China to the northern part of Thailand. A group of Tai Lue has settled in this area. The resort’s owner, Vatcharin Bhumichitr, is also a cookbook author and restaurateur.
La Bhu Salah defines itself as an art resort. Besides accommodation, you will find the decor different to other hotels. It also offers art courses in ceramics, batik, woodcuts, printing and watercolours.
